Exclusive Employment Firm is a United States direct-hire recruitment partner. The desk is built around hires that stay, the brief, the vetting, the offer support, the day-7 / 30 / 90 follow-ups, every step geared toward six-month outcomes.

We take a brief in person where geography allows and on a video call where it does not. The brief covers the role itself, the team it sits in, the manager's working style, the must-haves and the deal-breakers, the salary band and the timeline. We send a written brief back to confirm we have it right before any candidate is approached.

Every shortlist is small and ranked. Three to six candidates, each vetted, each with our written notes on motivation, salary expectations, availability and cultural fit. You see why we shortlisted each one and where they sit relative to each other.

Every placement carries a free replacement period. If a hire leaves or is dismissed inside the agreed window, we re-run the search at no charge.
